Himuro Yoshiteru and mCurtis' third single “The Dancing Three”, out today (March 18) as a self release, is the latest expansion of a signature sound they have been working over past years and through many eras of their personal work and electronic music productions.

Made once again in between mCurtis’s home studio in Crete and Himuro Yoshiteru’s studio in Tokyo. the album took time, with the two producers finding little inspiration during the dog days of the pandemic. Adventures into nature helped spur mCurtis creative energy, connecting the experimental essence of nature, science and music together.

Earlier this week, Himuro Yoshiteru and mCurtis released the animated video of The Dancing Three. Directed by Nao Harada, aka Wrecks. Wrecks appeared to be one of the most exceptional needles in the endless haystack of modern Tokyo artists and designers. Often laced with clever sarcasm and jocular kid-like depictions of desolate etheral creatures or victimized sad sharks knockin on heavens door, Wrecks’ approach to his art is much more than skin-deep, it’s a lifestyle worthy of subscribing to.
